It's raining again here in Oregon. Yes, again...We have had maybe 5 sunny days this spring and 3 of those were 90+ degree days. No spring just straight to 90. Now it's raining again and it has been soggy all week. Not much hope on the horizon either. bLaH...I am having to sit on my couch on with ice and heat on my lower back today. I am switching between the two and will stretch here in a bit again. I am still doing physical therapy on M/W/F. I'm still stretching & being stretched and now beginning to strengthen those muscles. Now that I am strengthening my hip/back/leg muscles my lower back is spasming on me. So he worked on my lower back today at PT. Well see how my lower back will react. Let's just say that today I am feeling the effects of once weighing 340+ plus pounds. Goes to show you that just cause you get "skinny" doesn't mean life is now perfect, nothing hurts, you can run miles, climb mountains (all have to work up to those). I will have to work for the healthy/strong part of my body now, it won't just come to me. And all this work I'm doing now is all part about getting my whole life back. My surgery just gave me a fighting chance. It's up to me to ride along or not now. But jeez if my body would just work with me here. My PT said "if it was just one muscles this would be way easier". All the hip/leg/back muscles are tight, "just like a guitar string" he tells me. Just a little set back...
Sorry for the rant...It's the rain... Susy needs sunshine!
I am having a terrible time with finding one bra to fit me these days. I've shruk too size 32 C. Do you think it's easy finding that size-it's not. I was sized at Victoria Secrets at a 34 C. That's what I bought there but it too is too big on me in 6 hours or less. One I have fits if all I do is stand up straight and don't bend at the waist or "POP" out they come. LOL I keep trying to find one that fits all of me. I can't do a size B cause of my extra skin my boobs have. Has to have a wide band. blah blah blah... But worst of all is finding one that fits me 
"around". I'm hoping I found the right bra this time. I've ordered one off the internet from http://www.sassybax.com/ What do I have to lose, when I try them on in the store they seem to fit until I move through my day and they don't work out so well. I've also learned just because you spend a forture on a bra does not mean it will be the perfect fit either. I can't wait to maybe have a bra that really fits my pancakes. :)
