Happy New Year...

Just a quick post... I have thought of many of you today. You have made a difference in my life...your my support somedays. Your friendship makes me smile and for that I say "thanks". I look forward to reading all of your blogs and about your lifes and all it brings. Hope 2009 is a good one for you. I'm looking forward to it.

Here's to 2009! I'm looking forward to becoming a better, stronger, healthier person.

Watch me succeed!

In the past 4 years I've learned I have to stay honest with myself. This I know will help me in my journey of continued success. I will never forget how it feels to be obese. Something has been lifted and it's way more than just weight for me. I have to continue to be honest to myself and it's up to me now.

The outside has changed but my ♥ heart stayed the same. I get it-I understand-I lived it, it's been my whole life. Now I'm just a fat girl living in a skinny body and I'm not letting that go for anything...ever!
