The whey protein at Costco is load with all kinds of vitamins and different proteins and not a lot of sugar. And it tastes good too. They do have vanilla too. It was a good source of whey protein and I was happy over all with the numbers. I do buy light soy milk if they have it, but I can’t always get it, which does help with a few calories. I just did buy the big box of 15 little boxes inside of Kirkland soy milk from Costco so I’m set for awhile now.

*6 ice cubes
*1 Yoplait light orange cream yogurt (100 cal, 0g fat, 5g protein, 14g sugar)
*1 1/2 - 2 cups or so of O.J. (100 cal, 0g fat, 1g protein, 20g sugar per serving)
Throw some Benefiber in there
BLEND
*300 cal
*0g fat
*7g protein
*54g sugar
For some reason the sugar in this or OJ in moderation does not bother me. I do take a good hour to drink it. So so so yummy. Anyone remember Orange Julius in the malls? Tastes like one of those, and your getting your yogurt in which is good for the tummy. My Dr. tells us to eat yogurt everyday. Sometimes I do put plain low fat yogurt in the chocolate drink also because I know I need to eat more yogurt and I have a hard time just eating it, so I blend it.
That’s pretty much my breakfast and my morning coffee now. Keeps me full because of the protein and about mid morning I usually eat a South Beach protein cereal bar @ 140 calories. Not always but if I’m going to eat I eat that most days. I think those two drinks are a good source of healthy protein and vitamins with only about 300 calories and I enjoy them both. I get a lot of my healthy items from Costco (http://www.costco.com/) Gotta love Costco!
P.S. Amber- I got my Valentines heart shirt at Wal mart for 5 bucks. Cute and cheap!
