LOL Yes, I still love to eat.
Today i've ate:
My orange yogurt protein drink
2 egg whites with a 1/2 slice of swiss cheese.
5 tator tots
1/2 cup of egg flower soup
good size plate of green beans
1/2 cup of rice
1/2 Chicken breast on my salad
carrots
1/2 tomato
cukes
almonds
maybe a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese on top as my dressing. (weird i know) :)
If you go through my blog I do talk about what I eat now in a day.
but YES I eat! i eat healthy now.
