Size 16 and My Blood Work...

I got my blood work back today. Not much had changed. A lot of the numbers are really close compared to 7 months ago. But some of the numbers have really changed...

Cholesterol was 196 now 139
HDL was 59 now 30
LDL was 124 now 95
Not bad for 6 months. My sodium, glucose, calcium and all the other levels are right in the good range. There also a whole other page of terms I don't get, but there in the good range too. I'm taking my vitamins each day and eating different good foods and it seems to be working.

Anyway, I weighed in this morning and I went down 2.4 pounds this week, but I was up one last week so anyway I'm at 208.8. I did go swimming today. Great swim. I really enjoy the water aerobics class very much. I asked for a swim belt for my birthday, and a tattoo. Felt good to go back after not going for 2 weeks. They were closed for one week for maintenance. We got our heart rates up really good today too. Friday you know, so the instructor is harder on us.

I went back to that clothes consignment shop today. I had 8 dollars credit. I took all my sweaters and a ton of pants to her to sell for me for more credits. She took 18-20 items from me. I bought a pair of size 16 Lee jeans for $8 and a cool pink tye dye shirt and has a V neck. I now fit comfortably in a size 16. I'm wearing a size 16!!!!!!!! My work pants are 16 and two of my jeans now are 16. I can't believe it. I'm wearing size 16 and they fit good, I didn't squeeze into them. Still wearing 18 cause I don't have many pants, but there big. But who cares sometimes. I've squeezed into a size 16 once as a adult. But never a 14. That will be a miracle when that happens for sure and amazing for me.

Great things to come...

Boring stuff but that's me...

A size 16, way to go Susy! You'll be in a 12 before you know it. You keep thinking are your sizes ever going to go down then all of a sudden you've dropped 2! I'm so excited for you. Glad to hear you went swimming too! You feel so good after a workout and wonder why you don't do it more.
