
Well yesterday (Thursday) after some morning cereal I felt kind of shaky and sick to my tummy. It passed after about 30 minutes on Thursday. I thought carefully about what might of been different, or did I just eat to fast, but did not feel I had ate to much?
think, think, think... I have never got sick yet from eating too much, that does not seem to be an issue with me. I feel full and I stop, I don't want to make myself uncomfortable. And again today after having MILK and cereal again for breakfast I felt sick 5-10 minutes after eating. To make a long story short,
RALPH and me had a visit today... No more cereal (easy breakfast) for me. I have had milk a few times in small amounts the past few weeks and it had not bothered me before. Maybe it's because I had other foods in my stomach. I'm not sure??? I am blaming the milk for my upset tummy and my talk with the porcelain gods today.
I am still learning...

If I eat too fast I get really warm feeling and nautions. Usually walking around helps, although throwing up seems to work best. Luckily after 2 or 3 times I learned! I don't do milk at all, so not sure of the effects. I eat my cereal dry out of a ziploc bag!
Hey Susy.. Advice all the way from London! Hey, try Lactaid Milk. I did and I can drink it. My lactose intolerance began at the same time yours did. I tried lactaid milk (its in the milk section) and its pretty good. Lactiad pills are good too, right before you eat. Just an idea...Cheerio!
