Costco Protien Bars...

I went to Costco Wholesale the other day and took the time to look at all the protein bars there and read what's in them. They all have a lot of sugar, so I was looking for one that was not loaded with sugar. I found one I am very happy with @ Costco. I was impressed with the ingredients and the amounts in them.
Premier Nutrition Protein Bars
Calories- 280
Fat- 9 grams
Sugar- 10 grams
Protein- 30 grams
12-16 grams of net carbs
Potassium- 250 mg

INGREDIENTS: Soy protein blend, calcium, whey protein, hydrolyzed whey protein, sugar, water, salt, non fat milk, unsweetened chocolate, whey, soy lecithin.

I could not find another protein bar that had only 10 grams of sugar. They all had 30 grams + of sugar and a lot less protein. There pretty good size, so they can be cut in half, and there yummy. And they don't taste like saw dust like a lot of the other's do. LOL
Check em out!

Might have to try them. Calories are a little higher than I'd like, but like you said if you eat half that's not too bad. How many are in the box? I hate buying like that when I don't know what it tastes like! Anxious for Saturday's weight in! :)

There are 12 in a box. You know Costco so there in a double pack. So you get 24 bars for $20.00. There are 3 different flavors in the box. They are a meal replacement bar, so if you don’t abuse them all should be good.

With my Weight Watchers 2pt bars, I used to cut halves of whatever in little pieces and put them in the freeze...they became like little frozen cookie dough pieces. Very good for protein bars too!
